Inquiry Based Learning

Students explore a range of big concepts and are encouraged to innovate, create and the apply their new knowledge

Learning how to learn and developing the capacity to manage themselves as learners provides students with the necessary skills to navigate their way through an ever changing world.

In Inquiry Based Learning, students are encouraged to question the world around them. This student centred approach to learning builds agency in students and gives them real world contexts in which to apply new learnings from other areas of the curriculum.

Passion Projects

In the senior years, students are encouraged to take on passion projects where they explore an area of interest. This personalised approach to inquiry gives students agency over their own learning. We are continually blown away by the effort students put into the innovative and creative projects that they then present to their peers.
